Ordering
What if a item is not available?
In the event that any item is out of stock at the time of an order, an item of equal or greater value that looks equally as cute in the basket will be substituted.
Has my order shipped?
You will receive a e-mail (at the e-mail address you entered on you order) as soon as your order has shipped.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Click on the “Shopping Cart” link at the top of the page to view orders you have placed. Then place the correct number in the quantities box and click update. Or to remove an item click on “Remove”. Or click on “Clear Cart” to remove all items.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number and confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you entered when filling out your order.
What are Your Methods of Payment?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover. Pay Pal can also be used for paying.
Is my order secure?
You can Safely enter you credit card information using our secure server.
Pricing and Billing
Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in North Carolina.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your order.
Shipping Information
How much is shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be shown the prices. If a product has a surplus shipping charge it will be noted for your attention.
When will my order ship?
At PrimoBabyGifts.com we do our best to ship your gifts as quickly as possible. Items ordered will be shipped out within 2 business days. Personalized items usually take 2-5 days, painted items usually take about a week. Special order items are noted when ordering product. You will receive a shipment confirmation when the order is shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
How long is shipping time?
Shipping time varies depending on where you live and when the product is ordered and also the shippers schedule.
How are my items shipped?
All products are shipped UPS ground, DHL or by US Postal Service or Fed Ex depending on where the product comes from.
What happens if an item has to re-delivered?
There is a $20.00 re-delivery charge if packages are returned as undeliverable. Please double check ship to information before submitting your order!
Returns Policy
Can I return a Personalized Item?
No. A personalized item cannot be returned unless a spelling error was made on our part. If a spelling error was made on our part, e-mail us. We will replace the item at no additional charge.
What if I’m not satisfied with a purchase?
If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we will happily replace or exchange an item however there will be a new shipping charge added. Also for refunds we do not include original shipping charges. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt for an authorized return. Only authorized returns will be accepted. Packages must be undamaged, and 100% within the original packaging and tags and original shipping container. The return shipping is at the expense of the buyer. There will also be a restocking fee of $15.00.
What if I want to exchange a gift?
If an exchange is desired, please send us an e-mail within 7 days of receipt of your order. Postage to ship the item to us and also to ship the new item out is at the expense of the person requesting the exchange. Exchange items must be in new condition within unopened packing and products intact.
